What Qualifies as Lost
If the carrier status shows "delivered" and you haven't received it, please allow up to 7 business days (15 days for U.S. domestic and 20 days for international, including Canada) for the package to arrive. Carrier errors like premature 'delivered' status and redeliveries can occur.
If there's no tracking update for two weeks from the shipping date, we'll consider the package lost unless there are known delays in the network. In such cases, we might classify it as a 'delay' rather than lost.
What Qualifies as Damaged
If you receive items that are damaged (wet, stained, torn, etc.) or partially missing due to the packaging being compromised, please let us know immediately and provide photo proof.
What's Not Included
- Shipments lost due to incorrect address information
- In-transit delays
- Unshipped or unfulfilled orders due to stock or dispatch issues
- Packages held up in customs
- Items left outside at your request, which then go missing
How to File a Claim
If your order is lost or damaged, please submit a ticket by choosing 'Elite Shipping Coverage' as the contact reason. Our customer service will reach out to you within 2-3 business days.
If your package later turns up, we ask that it be returned to us, at our cost.
By choosing Elite Shipping Coverage, you're agreeing to these terms. We request that you wait for the specified time to elapse before reaching out about a missing package.
Elite Shipping Coverage is non-refundable.
Policies for Uncovered Shipments
We will work with your chosen courier service to track down your package or declare it lost, which may take 6-8 weeks and is subject to the courier's discretion. If there's proof of delivery, we are not liable for refunds or replacements.
